We know when to let it go smoothly and when to “stress” it, when to give a quicker or a slower RHYTHM suitable to the thread we are using. The beat is the pumping of the HEART which shapes, explores textures and combines colors. Felting, pulling, twisting, lasering, give unedited experimental effects to our flagship yarn Extrafine MERINO.
We exclusively use NATURAL TOP QUALITY yarns from cashmere to mohair and alpaca, and well silk and cotton. We know the jumper in its INTIMACY and we imagine it growing before it is born and dancing once worn. It is MAGIC to us.

STRING
ARCHIVIOB has a BLACK and WHITE label VISIBLY stitched on the back of the knits. Although made of a poor material such as RAFFIA, used in Tuscany to make simple hats in the old times, the ZIG-ZAGGED STRING participates in the modern design of ARCHIVIOB sweaters. Interlaced in an extremely fascinating lab near Florence with old wooden looms nowadays mechanized, the simple label talks about the brand’s values.
It talks about the past and the future; it talks about the personalities of CHIARA and BENEDETTA so different and yet so complimentary; if you look close it whispers a STORY from the folds, the story of a SHEEP who is grazing in a green pasture, of the CRAFTSMAN who is spinning yarn, of the clicking of NEEDLES and of the hands that made it.
